Ingredients
1 bag of pasta
1 bag of Broccoli Florets
1lb (2-3) boneless/skinless Chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup of Zesty Italian dressing
1 2/3 cups of Milk
1/2 ( 250 g) cup of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Method:
1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water the last 2 min.
2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through.
3. Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.
Total Time: 20 Mins
Servings: 4
Note: I ended up having to add 1/4 cup of flour to the mixture to make it a bit thicker... You can also substitute another vegetable for the Broccoli ( Peas, Chopped red peppers, etc)
